We use your information to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its features. • Match job seekers with relevant job listings using our recommendation engine. • Send transactional emails (job alerts, application status updates, account notifications). • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support. • Analyze usage trends and improve user experience. • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents. • Comply with legal obligations. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Sharing Your Information
